How long does delivery take?
For "Unique" products (Keys), delivery is instant via the Order History page. For "Universal" or "Form" products (Account Top-ups), it typically takes 10-30 minutes during business hours.
What if my key doesn't work?
Please contact us via Telegram within 24 hours of purchase with a screenshot of the error. We will verify and provide a replacement if the key is faulty.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the key/account has been delivered, unless we fail to fulfill the order.
